The new thermal inkjet printer, apsolute, is the latest inkjet alternative to existing coding technologies. Thermal Inkjet Technology is well known as a clean and reliable printing method. It has been tried and tested for many years in conventional printing areas. The apsolute industrial printer significantly increases the potential application areas for this technology. With apsolute almost any industry can today profit from this technology.

Thermal Inkjet for non porous substrates
apsolute is the very first printer to use Thermal Ink Jet Technology combined with fast drying inks. This permits printing on almost any material including most non-porous substrates like plastics, aluminium etc.
A maintenance free marking technology
apsolute uses a print cartridge concept. The absence of all moving parts in the system guarantees reliability and eliminates costly preventive maintenance requirements. It also significantly limits the risk of unpredictable breakdowns and associated production downtime.
Low running costs
apsolute requires no other fluid than ink, nor the regular change of any spare parts. The cost of ownership remains economical and easy to manage.

Flexible design options
Coding with apsolute requires a different way of thinking about flexibility. The apsolute graphic font system allows the printing of multiple line messages with any mix of font style or size, special characters, logos and barcodes in graphic quality, selectable resolution (75 to 600 dpi)
Flexible production line integration
Flexibility, however, is not limited to the message design: apsolute is able to drive up to four printheads. This multi-head management allows coding of different information on different production lines and different speeds, all with the same controller. It is an ideal solution for several marking/coding requirements in the same production location or for multi-side coding.
